By accessing or using imgshrnk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

You may:

• Process images using our in-browser AI and WebAssembly tools
• Download results directly to your device
• Use batch processing and view performance stats

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or WebAssembly code
• Overload, disrupt, or abuse our client-side processing features

3. Intellectual Property

imgshrnk, including its source code, AI models, WebAssembly binaries, design, and interface, is owned by the imgshrnk team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part without written permission.

4. User Content

All images are processed locally in your browser using WebAssembly. We do not access, store, or transmit your files. You are solely responsible for the content you process and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.

5. No Warranties

imgshrnk is provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy and performance, we are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption during processing
• Imperfect AI results or compression quality
• Browser or device compatibility issues

6. Termination

We may block access if you violate these Terms, such as by uploading prohibited content or attempting to extract our technology.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
